Victims of crime often find themselves in need of legal representation, and Pro Bono Net works to connect them to critical resources. We were brought in to help design a public-facing portal for New York State, with the aim of guiding citizens through their locally-available resources and tools. The site was piloted in a few select counties, and after solid user reviews (and great local press), it will be expanded statewide.
